Ski Lebanon
Lebanon may not
spring to mind as a ski destination but the country's six
ski resorts are becoming increasingly popular for overseas
visitors, mainly British tourists, as well as the Lebanese
themselves. All ski resorts are easily accessible as a day
trip from Beirut and you can also book a fully inclusive
stay in chalets, budget hotels or 5 star hotels in the ski
resorts, namely Mzaar resort, previously known as Faraya
Mazaar. The season lasts from December to early April.

Besides its white mountains,
Lebanon has a lot to offer since its terrain stretches over
a variety of landscapes like valleys, coast lines, plains,
not to mention its strategic geographical location which
made it a cross-road for civilizations. So you can enjoy the Mediterranean
beaches, go hiking in the mountains, visit vineyards and do
wine tasting,
and see the souks and old ruins like crusader castles
throughout the country.
